In 2022 Thompson Street was selected to oversee the national portfolio for this rapidly growing energy firm. We have since completed three offices including the NYC headquarters in the Meatpacking District. Kimmeridge Energy challenged Thompson Street with developing some of the highest quality offices in the industry.
